氟晶云母陶瓷车削中刀具磨损试验研究

摘要：用YG6硬质合金刀具对氟晶云母陶瓷进行车削试验，刀具磨损的主要形式为磨料磨损和粘结磨损；以刀具体积磨损量为衡量标准，研究了切削用量对刀具体积磨损量的影响。

Experimental Study on Cutting Tool Wear in Fluorphlogopite Mica Ceramics Turning

Abstract:Turning test of fluorphlogopitemica ceramics with YG6 cemented carbide tool is carried out.The main form of tool wear are abrasive wear and adhesion wear.The influences of cutting parameters on tool wear volume are studied when tool wear volume is taken as the standard.
