基于灰色系统理论的盘铣TC4工艺参数优化

摘要:基于TC4盘铣试验开展盘铣工艺参数优化研究。测量盘铣表面残余应力和刀具振动加速度,利用灰色系统理论计算灰色关联系数及灰色关联度,得出试验范围内的最优工艺组合为n=100r/min、ap=10mm、vf=80mm/min。计算各工艺因素各水平平均关联系数,得出单目标最优工艺组合:残余应力最优工艺组合n=100r/min、ap=10mm、vf=60mm/min,刀具振动最优的工艺组合n=70r/min、ap=15mm、vf=80mm/min;计算各工艺因素各水平平均关联度,得出多目标最优工艺组合n=100r/min、ap=15mm、vf=100mm/min。通过试验验证了灰色系统理论优化盘铣工艺参数有效可行。

Discmilling TC4 Technological Parameters Optimization Based on Gray System Theory

Abstract:With blisk discmilling as research object,discmilling technological parameters optimization is carried on.Measuring discmilling surface residual stress and vibration acceleration of tool,through counting gray correlation coefficient and gray correlation degree by using gray system theory,the conclusion of optimal combination of technological parameters within limits of experiment are reached:n=100r/min,ap=10mm,vf=80mm/min;through computing each level average correlation coefficient of each technological factor,optimal combination of technological about singlegoal arrived at:n=100r/min,ap=10mm,vf=60mm/min of residual stress,n=70r/min,ap=15mm,vf=80mm/min of vibration acceleration;through calculating each level average correlation degree,optimal combination of technological about multigoal obtained:n=100r/min,ap=15mm,vf=100mm/min.Through verification test,gray system theory is effective on optimizing technological parameters of discmilling.
