金刚石涂层刀具铣削高硅铝合金的铣削性能试验研究

摘要:针对新型工程材料高硅铝合金的切削性能进行研究,采用金刚石涂层刀具对含硅量50%的高硅铝合金CE11进行铣削加工性能试验,通过单因素分析法和正交试验分析法得到金刚石涂层刀具铣削CE11的最佳铣削参数,并对其进行优化。

Experimental Study on Friction Characteristics of CE11 Milling Cutter

Abstract:It has great significance to study the cutting performance of high silicon Aluminium alloy.The milling performance of 50% Silicon content of high Silicon Aluminium alloy CE11 is experimented with diamond coated tools.Through the single factor analysis method and the orthogonal experiment analysis method,the best milling parameters of diamond coated tool milling CE11 are obtained and optimized.
