基于NUM Flexium的数控磨齿机人机界面的开发

摘要:以NUM Flexium数控系统为开发平台,利用NUM Flexium数控系统提供的开发环境,采用面向对象的编程语言VB,设计和实现特殊化的人机界面,通过VC创建语言动态链接库,将特殊化的用户界面及加工方法集成后嵌入NUM系统,开发出摆线轮成形磨削的专用操作界面。通过人机界面参数设置,自动改变加工程序,实现零编程加工,满足了摆线轮加工的特殊需求,大大提高了加工效率。

Design of CNC Gear Grinder Human Machine Interface Based on NUM Flexium

Abstract:Based on the NUM Flexium CNC system and the development environment provided by NUM Flexium NC system, the special human machine interface is designed with VB.Through the language dynamic link library established by VC++,the integration of the interface and processing method is embedded into NUM CNC system.A dedicated operator interface for cycloid wheel forming is developed.Setting the HMI parameter,automatically changes the processing program to achieve zero programming processing and meet the special needs of cycloid processing.The processing efficiency is greatly improved.
