叉形结构件小孔形位公差工艺探索

摘要：从加工工艺、刀具和工艺参数等方面对叉形结构件上的小孔进行加工工艺分析。通过控制工艺过程，在消除产品加工中的变形情况下，确保叉形结构件上的小孔尺寸公差和位置公差精度。

Abstract:The aspects of processing technology，cutting tools and process parameters of the small holes in the forked structure parts are processing analyzed and researched.The process control is solved and explained to eliminate deformation and ensure the size tolerance and position tolerance of small holes in forked structure.
