平面时栅传感器多读数头构建方法与误差修正

摘要:基于平面时栅传感器原理提出了多读数头平面时栅传感器。利用耦合面积原理分析传感器正方形与正弦形状定子槽形状与激励耦合的谐波特性,对比不同耦合形状对各次谐波的削弱效果,选择最优的耦合形状构建传感器模型。设计了传感器信号处理模型,对感应信号进行解算得到测量角度。设计了对误差补偿模型测量结果进行修正,提高了传感器的测量精度,通过与原始数据的比较误差补偿后,测量精度显著提高。

Construction Method and Error Correction of Multireader Head of 
Planar Timegrating Sensor

Abstract:Based on the principle of planar time grating sensor,a planar time grating sensor with multireading head is proposed.The harmonic characteristics of the coupling between square and sinusoidal stator slot shape and excitation are analyzed based on the principle of coupling area.The effects of different coupling shapes on harmonic attenuation are compared,and the optimal coupling shape is selected to construct the sensor model.The sensor signal processing model is designed,and the measurement angle is obtained by calculating the induction signal.The measurement accuracy of theerror compensation model.The measurement accuracy is improved significantly by comparing the error compensation with the original data.
