基于物联网的切削试验服务平台构建

摘要：国内刀具市场长期以来存在高端市场被跨国刀具厂商垄断的情况，而国内刀具企业大多不具备综合研发和配套技术服务的能力，切削刀具用户也不了解所购刀具的具体性能。针对国内刀具行业的现状，提出了基于物联网的第三方切削试验服务平台，该平台可以为刀具厂商和切削刀具用户实时提供第三方检测数据和刀具切削性能综合评价报告。

Construction of Cutting Test Service Platform Based on Internet of Things

Abstract:The highend market of Chinese cutting tool industry has always been monopolized by transnational cutting tool groups，meanwhile，most domestic manufacturers are not qualified for comprehensive R&D and supporting technical services.So that the users cannot have a deep knowledge of the specific performance of the cutting tools they bought.In view of the present situation of the domestic tool industry，a thirdparty cutting test service platform which based on the Internet of things is proposed，which can provide realtime testing data along with the comprehensive evaluation of cutting performance of the tools for both the manufacturers and the users.
