摘要:离子注入通过高速轰击钛合金表面,能有效改善材料表面性能。本文综述了离子注入的特点及改性机理,介绍了注入离子的种类及注入参数对钛合金表面摩擦磨损性能的影响,并对离子注入的不足及发展趋势进行了分析。

Research Progress of Tribological Properties on Titanium Alloy Surface

Abstract:Ion implantation can effectively improve the surface properties of titanium alloys by bombarding them with high speed.In this paper,the characteristics and modification mechanism of ion implantation are summarized,and the effects of ion implantation types and injection parameters on the surface tribological properties of titanium alloy are introduced,and the shortcomings and development trend of ion implantation are analyzed in detail.
