倒钩型油套管特殊螺纹加工工艺优化

摘要：油套管特殊螺纹具有密封性能好、连接强度高等优点，广泛应用于油气田开发中。油套管特殊螺纹连接中的倒钩型特殊螺纹，因具有更高的抗拉伸强度和复合载荷承载能力，经常应用于复杂井况环境。尽管倒钩型特殊螺纹显著提高了接头的连接效率，但由于其特殊的结构和几何形状，螺纹加工比API圆螺纹和偏梯形螺纹更加复杂。本文针对成型螺纹刀片加工倒钩型特殊螺纹的难点，分析不同加工工艺，提出了一种更合理的侧向进刀加工工艺方法，并给出了进刀量与轴向偏移量的关系。此新工艺方法适用于各种油套管倒钩型特殊螺纹的加工。

Study on Processing Technology of Barbtype Premium Tubing and Casing Thread

Abstract:Premium tubing and casing threads have the advantages of good sealing performance and high connection strength，and are favored by more and more oilfields in oil and gas development.In premium thread connections of tubing and casing，there is a barbtype thread，which is often used in complex well conditions because of its higher tensile strength and higher composite load.While the barbtype premium thread connection greatly improves the connection efficiency，but the processing of such thread is more complex than that of API LC and BTC because of its special structure and geometry.The difficulties of processing barbtype premium threads with forming thread blade is introduced，the different processing technologies are studied，a more reasonable side feed processing technology is putforward，and the relationship between the feed and axial offset is given.The new processing technology is applicable to the machining of various barbtype premium tubing and casing threads.
